Visitors to Coquitlam’s city centre will soon have another community space in their neighbourhood when Town Centre Park Community Centre opens its doors to the public on Saturday, May 11, 2024.
Guests are encouraged to drop-by on Saturday, May 11 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. or on Sunday, May 12 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for a variety of free family activities, arts and crafts, and a facility tour.
What to Expect
Set on the west side of Lafarge Lake, right next to the Evergreen Cultural Centre, Town Centre Park Community Centre (1207 Pinetree Way) will be a unique community space for Coquitlam. Visitors will be able to hang out, grab a coffee, study, or join an activity or program to learn something new.
The centre will offer programming focused on arts, culture and nature, as well as summer camps and general recreation activities.
